No sé si será por el mal humor que tengo encima, pero ayer me dijeron una cosa de Facebook que me ha cabreado bastante. Como todo el mundo, al hacerme la cuenta no leí las condiciones de uso, que ya se podían haber molestado en traducir aunque sí que traducen las aplicaciones y demás; resulta que ahí dice claramente que todo lo que subas o publiques, todo lo que pongas en Facebook, pasa a ser propiedad de la empresa. Es decir: subes una foto buen, pues ellos la pueden usar para publicidad o venderla sin darte un céntimo; si escribes una historia o un lema o algo así, pues lo mismo.
Aquí tenéis el párrafo en concreto, Licenses:
"You are solely responsible for the User Content that you Post on or through the Facebook Service. You hereby grant Facebook an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to (a) use, copy, publish, stream, store, retain, publicly perform or display, transmit, scan, reformat, modify, edit, frame, translate, excerpt, adapt, create derivative works and distribute (through multiple tiers), any User Content you (i) Post on or in connection with the Facebook Service or the promotion thereof subject only to your configuraciones de privacidad or (ii) enable a user to Post, including by offering a Share Link on your website and (b) to use your name, likeness and image for any purpose, including commercial or advertising, each of (a) and (b) on or in connection with the Facebook Service or the promotion thereof. Pues si, la realidad es aasí de cruda. Pero no creas que ese despotismo es exclusivo de Facebook: otras redes sociales como Netlog, Tuenti, etc. también realizan ese expolio "silencioso" de jóvenes talentos confiados que cuelgan sus obras sin sospechar (porque NADIE NOS leemos las dichosas condiciones de uso) que su incipiente obra ya va camino de ser usurpada.
